This function is different from Additional Units in that it only allows an additional email/user that can login to your main BACON account. 

This is useful if you want to add another person like a manager or partner to help manage your main account or restaurant.

Please be aware that each additional user will add $10 to your monthly subscription.

To start adding a user, click on your profile in the right-hand corner of the screen and choose "User Management".

Click on "Add New" button as seen on the screenshot

You will then be redirected to a page where you can set the new user's account details. Enter their First Name, Last Name and Email address(mandatory). The picture is optional.

Below is the "Permissions" settings. This limits what the new user can do on your BACON account. They can have "Full Access" which means they can use all features and add or delete data as they wish or "Limited" which disallows them from using specific functions.

Note: Currently, the options that you can limit an additional user from doing is few. We will add new ones if we receive enough requests from our userbase.

After you've set up the needed info, click on "Send Invite". An email will be sent to the one you specified here instructing them on how to finish activation of their login.
