clickBACON is designed to help you quickly review and process invoices. When reviewing line items, you may see two different icons:
New Item Icon
The clickBACON AI engine has already suggested a category, but this is your chance to review and make changes. If the category is correct, no action is needed. If you’d like to change the coding, simply use the drop-down menu to select the correct account.
✅ Approved Item Icon
Once you process the invoice, clickBACON will remember your approval. The next time this item appears, it will be automatically coded the same way.
Needs Categorization Icon
This icon appears when clickBACON has never seen the item’s category before and requires your input. This typically happens when you are a new clickBACON user, as the AI engine is still learning how you want your restaurant’s items to be classified. Once you categorize the item, clickBACON will remember your selection for future invoices.
