If someone on your team codes an item to the wrong GL account, you can easily update the coding. Once corrected, all future items will automatically be associated with the proper GL account.
From inside the Documents Module, click on MAPPED ITEMS
Find your item
You can filter by Vendor, Account, Mapped/UnMapped items or perform a text search.
Use the dropdown box to change the account mapping.
